The winners of the Travel Photographer of the Year 2012 have been announced. The overall winner was UK photographer Craig Easton for his images of “wet, miserable, dank weather,” as the described by the organisers.
Entries were received from more than 90 countries, Easton received a £2500 cash prize, as well as a £2500 international photography commission.
Other winners included Samuel Fisch from the USA who at 15 years old picked up the Young Photographer of the Year honours.
The winning images will go on show at the Royal Geographical Society in London from 12 July to 18 August 2013.
