It’s the application we have been waiting for ever since the news of Facebook’s Instagram purchase – the Facebook Camera App.

The social media giant has developed a full blown camera app that dedicates itself to your Facebook photography – the app scrapes all the images from your newsfeed and presents them in a tidy instagram style layout.

It has also added an actual camera utility, also similar to instagram, that allows you to take images, add filters and upload to your Facebook stream – with all the usual tag and captions options.

To sum it up – it looks like Facebook isn’t happy with it’s 7.5 billion photos a month upload and wants more of your shots… and I’m sure we will be more than happy to oblige!
