Photographer Richard Prince’s latest project is getting some internet buzz for it’s interesting twist on portrait photography.
Prince’s inspiration for his composition above was the sitcom ‘Seinfeld’, deciding to use an images of all 57 of the character’s girlfriends during the course of the 9 year show and blend them into one image. He described the results as both “generic” and “unintentionally dreamy”.
Using 8″ x 10″ photos of all the ladies, he gave them to Two Palms Press for morphing together. The artist has alluded that he will be creating 57 limited edition prints of the image for sale soon.
