The short-list has been revealed for perhaps the worlds most respected/popular wildlife photography competition. The Veolia Envionnment Photographer of the Year 2012 [sic] at London’s Natural History Museum have unveiled a stunning collection for the annual competition.

A massive 48,000 entries were received this year and a panel of judges have narrowed it down to just 100 finalists, all of which will be exhibited at the museum before going on an international tour.
